PPE required will be discussed at the time of hire and is according to the job site. I understand that without proper equipment. I will be allowed to stay on the job site and/or work, which could result in a deduction of hours/pay until proper equipment is obtained.

This means that employment can be terminated at any time, for any reason, with or without cause, with or without notice, by the employee or TCC.
