Payments & Refunds

Thank you for booking SkinzartKids Facepainting and Ent. Please Note that Bookings Are Confirmed once payment or Deposit is Showing "Paid" in Account.Deposits Are Non Refundable.If there is a remaining balance,it will be collected before the event starts.Oftentimes contractors have bookings back to back and do not want to take time away from next client to collect a payment.All payments are nonrefundable and situations are reviewed on case by case basis to determine if a refund is allowable.

SET UP

Full set up will be provided only for jobs booked 2 hours or more.Gigs less than 2 hrs must provide a space to entertain in usually consisting of table and chairs,if outdoors please ensure a tent or area out of the sun is designated.

SkinzartKids will arrive at least 30 mins before event starts to set up.Contractors are fully ready to service at the start of your booking.SkinzartKids are not accountable for late start times and will stay over with additional tips or payment at the discretion of the entertainer.

HEALTH & SAFETY

SkinzartKids will not force children to get facepainted.However will provide stickers or other fun add ons at station.

Please monitor your children and guests health.If child appears sick or skin rashes then its up to the entertainer to service to protect themselves and others in attendance.

If entertainers supplies or equipment is damaged due to fights,improper set up such as exposing to rain,unruly kids,etc. then host or hostess will be responsible for up to $150 to cover damages. (IMPORTANT)

SkinzartKids will:

-Provide a fun and memorable experience

-Arrive professional and ready to work

-Leave space clean and free of debris that accumulated during performance

-Arrive early to set up

LATE OR NO SHOWS

If contractor is running late you will be notified in advance due to traffic which can sometimes be out of our control.If contractor more than 30 mins late there are options,the contractor will make up the time or you can request half of deposit back.If request half of deposit back that portion can be deducted from final payout.

If for some reason contractor is a NO SHOW then full deposit will be returned within 7-14 business days after the date of your booking.
