Credit and Return Policy
- 20% restocking fee for all return accommodations.
- Custom items cannot be returned.
- Tillman will not be responsible for returned product freight expense (unless product is defective, or incorrect product shipped).
- Credit will be issued only after inspection of returned product.
- 20% restock will be applied for refused or undeliverable orders.
- For customers with overstock:
- Tillman does not accept returns on merchandise more than one year after the purchase date.
- Discontinued items cannot be returned.
- Custom items cannot be returned.
- Product must be in resalable condition.
Damage and Shipment Shortage Reporting Policy
All damage or short shipments must be reported to Tillman within 5 business days of receipt by noting it on the bill of lading or delivery receipt or by contacting the Tillman Customer Service Department by phone or email. After 5 business days of receipt, Tillman is released from responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit. Damage or shortage claims made more than 5 business days after receipt will not be honored.
