Failure to comply to the terms and conditions in the document titled *"PROJECT REQUIREMENTS AND ACCOUNTABILITY" (you may read the document below) may result in reduced funds for future projects OR suspension of funds and repayment. Each accountability report is audited. If there is a breach of contract, MP's Board is obligated to prove all the elements of the breach of contract; however, MP's Board reserves the right to withhold project funds for future projects and require a return of funds if there is suspicion of abuse of funds.
