2023 / 24 Team Registration Form
PCFLL Team Registration Instructions:
- All form fields are required.
- A minimum of 10 players are required to register a team. Teams without 10 players will not be registered or placed on a schedule.
- Club Executive may register a team on behalf of the club. However, a Head Coach or Manager must be identified for the team. Club Executive may not substitute themselves in place of a coach or Manager unless they will be in that position permanently.
- Teams that intend to declare a team but do not have 10 (require releases or cooperation with another club) may not register until such time as releases are agreed to.
