PFARIA Good Neighbor Award Grant Application

PFARIA is looking for PFAR members who are making waves in the community through acts of service. We are looking for several members to grant $500 to go toward the charity they serve. Please read requirements before completing the form below. Submission deadline is December 1, 2023.
Grant requirements:
1. Candidate must be an active PFAR member (in good standing).

2. Candidate must be a community service activist.

3. Applicant/Nominee must have been a PFAR member at least one year to qualify.

4. Recipient's nonprofit of choice MUST be a local organization within the Pasadena area.
