The more detail and description you give us, the quicker we can send you a quote. No refunds will be given for minor color or design discrepancies/variations. If you pick up your cake, and you notice any issues/errors that you want to get corrected, it is your responsibility to speak to us about it at pick up, so we can discuss how we can correct the mistake. Once the cake has been handed over/delivered, the cake is your responsibility.
You must submit at least one photo for inspiration for the design of your customized cake. It can be from any source. Please note any photos uploaded are used for inspiration only. It will not be 100% identical.
