Custom Cakes By Lia B is a small home-based business that offers wedding cakes, custom cakes, and a small variety of bite sized treats. All of our cakes are made fresh from scratch for every order.

For a custom order, a 2-3-week lead time is recommended to ensure adequate time for design, planning, and preparation, especially for intricate designs or large orders. We can accomodate last minute orders depending on availability. 

50% is due to confirm and book your order. Full payment required for orders that are less than 15 days. Please settle your 𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 a week prior to your pickup date to avoid cancellation. 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 made. 

We are subject to change the pricing at any given time. Customers who booked in advance before a price change will not be affected by the updated pricing.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ — Please include ALL details you would like included - color schemes/color codes/pictures, messages, age, name, fresh/artificial flowers, 2D/3D Fondant Figures, Edible Images, Paper Cutout Toppers, Custom Happy Birthday Toppers, Toy Toppers, any other toppings/toppers, all details you want to see on this cake.The more detail and description you give us, the quicker we can send you a quote.

No refunds will be given for minor color or design discrepancies/variations. If you pick up your cake, and you notice any issues/errors that you want to get corrected, it is your responsibility to speak to us about it at pick up, so we can discuss how we can correct the mistake. Once the cake has been handed over/delivered, the cake is your responsibility.

You must submit at least one photo for inspiration for the design of your customized cake. It can be from any source. Please note any photos uploaded are used for inspiration only. It will not be 100% identical.

No reference/Inspiration photo? I'd be more than happy to freestyle a design for you based on details given.

Once your inquiry is submitted, you will receive an invoice with your order total within 24-48 hours.

Note: Invoices are valid for 𝟐𝟒 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒 to pay your deposit or the full balance. If deposit is not paid within 24 hours, invoice will be canceled. If invoice becomes unavailable before the timeframe, it may mean that we are booked for the date you require. We simply ask to re-inquire for date availability as it changes daily. At this time we are unable to hold dates without a deposit. Orders are reserved on a first come, first served basis.
