Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and assisting with their pet supply needs
• Recommending products and providing product information to customers
• Operating the cash register and processing sales transactions
• Unpacking and stocking merchandise, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and organized
• Cleaning and maintaining the store's appearance, including dusting, vacuuming, and restocking supplies
• Handling and processing shipments of merchandise
• Maintaining accurate inventory records
• Providing exceptional customer service to all customers
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
