Terms Of Service
1. The prices on each option below only reference base character illustration, any props, clothing or background elements will add an additional charge depending on complexity and commission tier. Additional characters are usually 50% of the base price, bg or props are around 30%. Discounts on fees can be discussed for projects bigger than 2 pieces!
2. These commission will be focused primarily on fat fetish characters and senerios (however sfw comms are accepted too!). explicitly sexual senerios or depiction of genetalia may be involved. therefore you must be over the age of 18 in order to summit a form
3. Payment Is upfront, unless, it is multiple part comm. In that case partial payment will be required, will usually be a half payment unless its a project larger than 4 images then payment is done at the start of each piece. Partial refund can be requested if sketch is not satisfactory, after sketch is approved however refund given will be the difference between price. (ie. you ordered a fully shaded character ($90) but requested refund after flat colors had been done($75), refund amount would be $15
4. Minor Alterations are done for free at any stage but any major alteration or complete redos are only allowed once during the sketching process for free and will be charge moving forward. Please provide as much reference as possible so I can get a clear vision of what you want!
5. Communication as I work on your commission will be through Twitter DMs, or Discord. Please be aware and look out for a message from me after you summit a form :3
6. Updates will be given moderately please be patient for me, however please do not be afraid to inquire for any updates.
7. Please don't be rude or mean spirited, I will cancel your commission and give a partial refund if continued, refer to rule 3.
8. I will post all my commissions on my Twitter unless specified by you that I not post it.
9. (SPECIFIC TO ARTISTIC LIBERTY COMM) These commissions are for people that just want me to draw their character with little to no input on specific details. when summiting a form with this option selected I will only take account character reference and general prompt/idea. I will reach out through chosen communication method to confirm details and any last changes to prompt and character you may have. I will not send WIPs of the process of piece and only will summit final piece once finished. no alterations other than errors following character references can be requested once sent. Additional characters will still cost 50% of the price but props will not accure a additional fee unless in excess. These commissions will allow me to also experiment with brushes and techniques so linework and coloring might vary from my usual work :3
