    • Registered Agent

***All states require that your LLC/Corporation maintain a registered agent. A Registered Agent is simply a person or company responsible for receiving important legal and tax documents on behalf of your LLC/corporation. You may act as your own Registered Agent, provided you have a physical address and are available during business hours (**NO P.O. BOXES**.) If not, Black To Business, LLC. can handle setting up this service for you with our recommended partner for a yearly fee of $120 (prepaid for 1 year). You will be notified of the renewal.
    • My Registered Agent Information

Only complete this section if you have appointed your own registered agent. NOTE: The registered agent must consent to this position for us to process this order. If you are serving as your own Registered Agent, please input your information.
    • Members

An LLC may be managed by its Members (the owners) or by a Manager or Managers. If the LLC is to be managed by its Members, it operates much like a partnership. Each member has a say in the decision-making process of the company. This option is for companies where the members (owners) will actually run the company. This is also the normal choice for 1-person LLC's. If the Members choose, they may elect a Manager or Managers (who may or may not be Members) to run the business. In this arrangement, the members who aren't managers will be passive investors, only offering money or property, and won't be involved in the day-to-day operations of the LLC. Manager-Management is rare for small LLC's and adds a level of complexity most small businesses would rather avoid.
    • Federal Employer Identification Number (Federal Tax ID)

A Federal Tax ID (also known as a Federal Employer Identification Number, FEIN or EIN) is somewhat like a Social Security Number for your company issued by the IRS. A FEIN will be required, for instance, to open a company bank account, hire employees or build a business credit profile. We will completely prepare the application, submit it and OBTAIN your FEIN from the IRS on your behalf! Please note that if you do not have a Social Security or ITIN number, there will be an additional $50 surcharge to obtain your Federal Tax ID and it can take an additional 7-14 business days to receive back from the IRS.
