Course Meeting Dates for Part 1 (Minimum 45-60 Hours, depending on level)*
Please enter the Part 1 course dates above. If all Part 1 course dates are not yet known, please enter all known dates. Level 1, Part 1 must meet for at least 45 hours. Level II, Part 1 must meet for at least 48 hours. Level III, Part 1 must for at least 55-60 hours. Please do not use line breaks (return/enter) to list dates in a column.
