$25 if a lesson appointment is rescheduled more than once. $50 if a lesson is rescheduled or cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the lesson. $60 if a lesson is rescheduled or cancelled less than 12 hours prior to the lesson. $70 if a lesson is rescheduled or cancelled less than 60 minutes prior to the lesson. $85 if a student does not show up for a scheduled lesson OR is not able to show a valid permit.
