I don't need perfectly written essays, but please don't give me one-word or one-sentence answers. Depth matters here. I want to understand what's actually happening beneath the surface so I can determine whether I'm the right person to support you.
There are no “right” answers.
Just tell me the truth.
Not everyone who applies will be accepted. That's intentional.
I'm looking for women who are ready to take responsibility for their lives, look at themselves honestly, be challenged when necessary and actually move when they know something needs to change.
You don't need to have your shit together.
You don't need to know exactly how you're going to get from where you are to where you want to be.
That's kind of the fucking point.
But you do need to be willing to show up.
