OUR POLICY:
•All Sales are final. Refunds, replacements, or exchanges are handled by case and is at our discretion.
• No mice will leave our possession until they are paid in full.
•Pups are not separated from their mothers for sale purposes until a minimum of 6 weeks .
•Health checks are done constantly. Temperament testing is done at 4-6 weeks of age.
•Mice may be pulled from a sale at any time if health and/or temperament checks are failed.
• If you come into a position where you can no longer take care of your mouse, they are welcome back as long as we have available space. You are free to contact us and ask us if we have available space for your mouse/mice. If we do not have room to take your mouse/mice back, it is up to you to rehome your mouse/mice but we will help in any way that we can.
• We reserve the right to cancel a sale in person or via the internet with no explanation.
• We require a 50% deposit to hold a mouse. The remaining balance is due 7 days before transport or at pickup. Mice will be held for a maximum of one month once paid for.
• Deposits are non-refundable. If we cancel a sale without explanation, your deposit will be returned.
• Mice are sold at a first come first serve basis. We will not hold a mouse without a deposit.
• If your mouse is not picked up within 24-hours of our arranged pickup time and date your deposit/ payments will be forfeited.
• If you chose to forfeit the sale for any reason your deposit/payments will be forfeited.
• I currently accept Facebook Pay, PayPal, or Cash (at pickup).
• I can not guarantee a mouse’s show or breeding results.
• I can not guarantee that mice will colonize with other mice.
• Our mousery is closed to the public. I do not have set hours that we are available. If you would like to inspect and/or interact with a mouse you are interested in, we can arrange a time and place for you to meet our mice.
• You are responsible to look over the mouse/mice you are interested in. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know what you are looking for, and to confirm it is free from disqualifications and is the quality you expect. I will provide you with as much information as needed though.
• We do not knowingly sell any sick animals, and all mice are sold healthy to the best of our knowledge. We will not be responsible for any vet bills incurred by mice that have been sold.
• We do serology test our mice through Charles River LTM. These results can be found on our website. If this is something that effects you, it is the buyers responsibility to review any positive results and make your purchase decision based on doing so.
• If you currently own mice, you MUST quarantine your new mice for at least 2 weeks to ensure the health of both your current and new mice.
• We make every effort to correctly identify the sex of all mice being sold. If for any reason we make a mistake, we will replace said mouse with a mouse of the correct sex. No refunds will be given.
• We handle our mice on a regular basis. We will not sell any mice that show aggression.
•When picking up mice, please come prepared with a secure carrier for your mouse/mice. You may also purchase one from us if you do not have one.
• We do not ship mice through the mail, but we are willing to work with transporters. Once mice are accepted by the transport service we are no longer responsible for said mice.
•We are not responsible for any transport costs. Transport is 100% buyers responsibility
