Fixed term tenancy: 14 days.
Non-fixed term tenancy: 21 days.

As per section 51 of your Residential Tenancy Agreement, a break lease fee will apply if terminating your tenancy before the expiry of the fixed term period. The Agent will calculate this fee based on section 51 of your Residential Tenancy Agreement and advise you of the fee accordingly.

If yes, the Property Manager will arrange a suitable time with you for the vacate inspection to be carried out.

If no, the Property Manager will carry out the vacate inspection within 2 business days of receiving the keys from you.

End of tenancy cleaning service

For the convenience of our tenants, Property Excellence offers an end of tenancy cleaning service which can be pre-booked when providing your notice to vacate.

Please note, this is not a service you a required to utilise and is merely offered for your convenience. Upon receipt of your notice to vacate form, our team will email you a vacate guide including a cleaning checklist to assist you with your end of tenancy cleaning, should you wish to carry the end of tenancy cleaning out yourself or use an alternate cleaning company to carry out your end of tenancy cleaning.

If yes, Property Excellence will email you an estimate and schedule the end of tenancy cleaning service accordingly.

Should you change your preference and wish to either carry out the end of tenancy cleaning service yourself or have an alternate cleaning company carry out the end of tenancy cleaning for you, please let us know as soon as possible leading up to your vacate date so we can cancel the scheduled clean in our system.
