* Once availability is confirmed and the space approved, a Venmo request will be sent. * The contract, application and fees are due no later than Thursday, March 09, 2023. * Refunds will not be given for cancelations after Thursday, March 16, 2023. * In the event of a cancellation by A Joyful Season, Howard College, local, state, or the national government after March 09, 2023, vendors will receive a 50% refund. * Once we approve vendors after the above deadlines, booth fees will be due within 48 hours of being accepted into the show; in the event a newly accepted vendor must cancel, no refunds will be given. * Unfortunately, in the event of inclement weather, refunds will not be given for indoor or outdoor vendors.
