    Thank you for dancing with us at the Southwest International Folk Dance Institute (SWIFDI) New Mexico Camp.

    This is the form for paying via PayPal. This requires that you pay the full amount now and, if you decide to cancel your registration, we will be unable to refund you the small fee that PayPal charges us. You can also pay us via check or Zelle, which avoids the potential fee, and which also allows paying just the deposit now and the balance at a later time.     Full camp includes Thursday lunch through Sunday lunch; the weekend option starts after lunch on Friday. We are pleased to offer a $60 discount on the full camp for first-time participants at New Mexico Camp.

    Youth will be roomed with each other, if possible. Children share parents' room; a separate bed is not guaranteed. Children's registration includes meals and full-day Children's Program.

    You/your family will receive one booklet with information about our camp, our teachers, folk dance in general, and New Mexico Tech. If you would like any additional booklets (free of charge), please note that in the field below.

    You can specify more than one size per style. For example, if you would like to order both a medium crewneck and an extra-large crewneck, type 2 in the Quanity column and M, XL in the Size(s) column of the Crewneck row.   • Dietary Considerations

    Please let us know if anyone listed on this registration form has any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate them within reason. Vegetarian options will be available at every meal.

  • Housing Requests

    Climbing stairs to your room, late-night after-parties and sing-alongs, and incidental noise like exit doors are some of the many considerations when it comes to staying at camp. Please let us know if anyone on this registration form has any particular requests and we will do our best to accommodate them within reason.

  • By providing this registration I/we understand that:

    1. Images of camp participants (both over and under 18) may be used in the future for the purposes of New Mexico Camp dance documentation, publicity, or promotion of International Folk Dancing.
    2. Folk dancing is a physical activity that may involve risk of personal injury. As participant(s), I/we are in adequate physical condition to agree that SWIFDI and the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology (New Mexico Tech) are not responsible for this risk.

     

    Cancellation: If you cancel at any time and for any reason this year, you will receive a full refund, minus the PayPal charge if applicable.

  • Please double-check contact info: Once we receive your registration and payment, we will send the confirmation letter and any other important updates to your email address, {c1-email}. If this address is incorrect, please go back and correct it—we may not be able to contact you otherwise!

    IF something goes wrong when you try to submit your registration and you:

    • selected the PayPal button but are not brought to PayPal or your card is not charged,
    • do not receive an automatic email from JotForm with all submitted values from your form within a day, and/or
    • do not receive a confirmation email from the registrar (nmaugustcamp) within two weeks,

    please first check your junk folder, and then email nmaugustcamp [at] gmail [dot] com with your name and when you tried to submit your registration. We will try to get it sorted out as quickly as possible! Thank you for your patience, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
