• EP: Trailer Park Application (2023)

    We're excited to say that the weird and wacky world of Trailer Park will be returning to Stradbally Hall. I you have an original caravan idea you think should be there? We want to hear it!
    • For your chance to have your creation showcased at this year's Picnic, please complete and submit this application form, before the deadline of 11.59pm on the 5th April.
    • Be prepared. This form will require you to provide a name and description for your caravan idea, along with supporting assets (photos/pictures) and an estimate of how much it will cost to produce.

  • Budget

    Please tell us how much you think it will cost to create your caravan. It's not essential to know exactly down to the penny, however the more thought out and detailed the better.

  • Crew

    Including yourself, how many people do think you'll need to make your carvan come to life at Latitude? The maximum amount of crew passes available to host your caravan for the full three days of the festival is 8 (You + 7 crew members). 

    Note: We strongly recommend bringing as near to the maximum amount of crew as possible as hosting takes a lot of man-power and team work... plus it makes running your caravan creation more fun for both you and your visitors. Each crew pass includes camping and cannot be shared or sold.

  • Contact Details

Your location helps give us an indication where your caravan will come from only, it will not effect your application.

    All applications submitted by the deadline of 11.59pm on 5th April will receive a confirmation and result email - even if your idea is not selected this time - sent to the contact email address provided in this form. We aim to send result emails by 15th May. A full list of successful applications will be made available on the Electric Picnic website nearer the festival.
