Mobile Donation Center Request Form
The mobile donation center is 7' wide x 16' long and is free to reserve for up to four days. It is designed to collect large quantities of items from:
- estate sales
- neighborhood drives
- large cleanouts
I understand if my donation could fit in two or fewer carloads and taken to my local Goodwill, the Mobile Donation Center is not the right option. For smaller pickups, including a few pieces of furniture, please contact ReSupply at 216-677-3485 to schedule a convenient home pickup.

How did you hear about the Mobile Donation Center?
Sometimes Goodwill has Rubbermaid totes (without lids) which can be supplied to help transport items to the trailer. Would you like us to provide totes if we have them available?
PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE CURRENTLY SCHEDULING AFTER September 22. At this time, we cannot support Saturday or Sunday delivery or pick up requests.

To ensure the safety of the mobile donation center and Goodwill drivers, certain restrictions must be adhered. The mobile donation center must be parked on a flat surface and cannot be parked in grass. Please note the mobile donation center will stay stationery throughout the duration of the reservation.

NOTE: Load the heaviest items first and in the front of the trailer. Load lightest items last and to the rear. Items may be stacked to the ceiling. Be sure the side and back doors are closed and latched securely.

PLEASE NOTE, THE UNIT IS NOT INTENDED TO BE USED AS A DUMPSTER. IF ITEMS LISTED ON THE DONOR GUIDE AND/OR TRASH, MOLDED OR WET ITEMS, OR BROKEN ITEMS ARE PLACED IN THE UNIT, GOODWILL HAS THE RIGHT TO UNLOAD THEM AND PLACE THEM ON THE PROPERTY OF THE DONOR.
