  • Room reservations are on a first-come, first/served basis. The Ault-Pierce Fire Department reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation at any time or for any reason. For the safety and security of all attendees, the event room is under 24-hour video surveillance.

    A pre-event rental fee of $150 refundable deposit must be paid prior to the use of the room. Checks are made payable to the Ault-Pierce Fire Department; Cash is also accepted. Electronic payments cannot be accepted at this time. Your deposit will be refunded within two (2) weeks after return of the rental space key and an inspection of the facility and parking lot. A key drop is located to the right of the front exit for your convenience.

    Renter Responsibilities:

    • The meeting room, restrooms, kitchen, and parking lot must be clean.
    • Tables and Chairs must be returned to their original configuration.
    • All guests and responsible parties must vacate the meeting room by 10:00 pm.
    • Alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed on the property or in the community areas. 
    • The maximum occupancy of the community area is 64 people.

    Any violations of the above responsibilities may result in the loss of your deposit. If areas are not left clean, items are damaged/missing, or if extra cleaning is required by fire department staff, the cost of cleaning, repairs and/or replacement will be deducted from your deposit. Any costs above the provided deposit will be billed to and paid by the renter.

    residency within the Ault or Pierce district.

    Business Meetings consist of business owners holding

    no charge classes or meetings for their staff.

    For profits is any event where money is charged to

    attend or for goods, and/or services.

    Business Meetings -$100.00 For Profits - $200.00

    ALL ROOM RENTALS REQUIRE A $150.00 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

    Non-Profits are subject to no fee. Please speak with a member of the Ault-

    Pierce Fire Department to see if you qualify.
