• AULT-PIERCE FIRE DEPARTMENT ROOM RENTAL AGREEMENT

  • The community area of the fire stations is primarily rented by anyone residing in the Ault-Pierce Fire Protection District. The community area includes the meeting room, kitchen, and restrooms. All other areas of the building are restricted areas (offices, bunker room, bay area, and living quarters) and may not be entered by any event guests.

    Room reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. The Ault-Pierce Fire Department reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation at any time or for any reason.

    A pre-event rental fee and $150 refundable deposit must be paid prior to use of the room. Checks are made payable to the Ault-Pierce Fire Department; Cash is also accepted. Electronic payments cannot be accepted at this time. A key drop is located to the right of the front exit for your convenience.

    Renter Responsibilities

    -          The meeting room, restrooms, kitchen, AND parking lot must be clean.

    o   Floors will be swept, mopped, and vacuumed including restrooms and kitchen.

    o   Trash will be bagged and placed in the receptacle in the back of the building.

    o   Spills will be wiped from walls and floors.

    o   Countertops will be wiped clean, and dishes used will be placed in the dishwasher and will be started/ Or hand cleaned and replaced.

    o   Clean all appliances (If used)

    o   Clean Coffee pot and remove filter (if used)

    o   Tables and Chairs must be cleaned and returned to their original configuration.

    o    No use of nails, tacks, pins, command strips will be used.

    o    All tape will be removed from walls and ceiling and disposed of properly.

    o   Turn out all lights and ensure doors are locked before leaving.

    -           Alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed on property or in community areas.

    -          Smoking is prohibited indoors; smoking is allowed in designated areas and all butts must be placed in the appropriate receptacle. Cigarette butts must not be on the ground.

    -          Maximum occupancy of the community area is 50 people.

     

    Any violations of the above responsibilities may result in the loss of your deposit. If areas are not left clean, items are damaged/missing, or if extra cleaning is required by fire department staff, the cost of cleaning, repairs and/or replacement will be deducted from your deposit. Any costs above the provided deposit will be billed to and paid by the renter.

    Active members, board members and retired members will not be required to pay the above rental fee or deposit. However, all the above responsibilities still apply. The cost of extra cleaning and repair or replacement of items will be billed and paid by the user. The Ault Pierce Fire Department retains the right to reschedule events to meet the needs of the fire district

  • Basic room rental consists of birthday parties, baby showers etc.

    Business Meetings consist of business owners holding no-charge classes or meetings for their staff.

    Business Meetings -$100.00 

    ALL ROOM RENTALS REQUIRE A $150.00 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. IN A SEPARATE PAYMENT

    Non-profits are subject to no fee. Please speak with a member of the Ault-Pierce Fire Department to see if you qualify.
