Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by Leggett's YGB Livestock Camp during the selected camp. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by Leggett's YGB Livestock Camp. I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Leggett's YGB Livestock Camp and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected camp sessions.

In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against Leggett's YGB Livestock Camp including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all livestock and sports activities. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death as well as animal injury, illness, or death.

I hereby release, discharge and agree to indemnify and hold Leggett’s YGB Livestock Camps harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself and my heirs and personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, cost, expenses, and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of Leggett’s YGB Livestock Camps, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from YGB Livestock Camps. I understand that this release discharges Leggett’s YGB Livestock Camps, staff, associates and hosts from any liability or claim that I or my heirs, personal representatives may have against YGB Livestock with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from or in connection any services received from YGB Livestock Camps. This liability waiver and release extends to YGB Livestock Camps together with all of its owners, officers, directors, affiliates, employees and agents.

I understand that this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If I cannot attend camp, these funds can be used at any camp within the same calendar year for the registered child. I understand and agree to a non-refundable deposit. I understand this deposit cannot be sold or transferred. I understand the deposit can only be used for an immediate sibling if necessary. It cannot be transferred to anyone but a sibling .

I agree and understand that the $10.00 website fee is NOT part of camp tuition. And will not be subtracted from camp tuition total.

I understand some facilities may require bedding to be purchased at the site. Or may have an additional $10 pen fee. I understand that $10 will be in addition to my camp tuition and paid at check-in. I understand I will be notified 10 days before camp if there is a pen/bedding fee for my event.

I understand that arrival at camp is Day 1 of camp. However, for some locations there is early arrival the night before from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm for $25.00 per camper. I understand this is NOT required but is a convenience. If I choose to take advantage of this convenience it will be an additional $25.00 due upon arrival. Or I will arrive at camp the morning of Day 1 of camp for free.

I understand that no scholarships or discounts are applicable to this full camp.
