    INCLUDES ON-SITE ACTIVITIES & OFF-SITE FIELD TRIPS (9:00am - 4:00pm):​

    • 4-Week Rate: $1,900
    • 10-Week Rate: $4,500

    BEFORE & AFTER CARE (6:45am-9am & 4pm-6pm):​

    • Weekly Rate: $50
    • 4-Week Rate: $200
    • 10-Week Rate: $500
      • *only offered as an add-on at this reduced rate. Must be signed up at time of registration.

    ADDITIONAL RATE NOTES:Center is closed on July 3rd during Week 2. If you select this week, your overall cost will be reduced by $50.Center is closed on Aug 27th & Aug 28th during Week 10. If you select this week, your overall cost will be reduced by $100.
  • WEEKS AND ACTIVITIES SIGNUP

  • REGISTRATION PROCESS & PAYMENT TERMS:

    • Summer camp application form must be sumbitted by May 29th
    • Once your application is submitted, you will be registered into our system via "Procare" (our invoicing & communication software).
    • You will receive an invoice via Procare within approximately 1-week via email.
    • Payment can be made via ACH, CC or check.
    • If paying by check, it must be handed to Max Goldfeld or Kim Regner.
  • CAMP NOTES:

    • Please pack a fully disposable brown paper bag lunch on field trip days. On regular camp days, parents can sign up for lunch usi
    • Children must be enrolled in summer camp to attend, no drop-ins unless agreed upon in advance.
    • We have a limited number of spots available - enrollment will be on a first come, first served basis.
    • Swim Instructions are once a week for ages 3 (fully potty-trained) and up. Our Teachers will accompany all campers in the pool. Location: Pinnacle Health and Fitness
    • Please note for children not going on field trips/visitors, there will be in-classroom projects planned for them 
    • Field trips do not include lunch, so you must bring your own packed meal.
    • While ADLC has confirmed dates with all vendors, the schedule is subject to change based on factors outside of our control including, but not limited to weather, vendor cancellation/rescheduling, and more. ADLC will look to offer an activity of equal or greater value. All field trips are non-refundable

  • Each summer camp field trip requires a separate permission slip, which can be found at www.alldaylearningcenters.com/summer-camp-permission-slips

    As a parent, I acknowledge that I will complete and submit all the relevant permissions slips in a timely manner to ensure my child can participate in the all  field trips.
