About the Event
We're excited to announce that OACWA will be hosting again two significant events: 1) JAMBO AFRICA FESTIVAL 2024, which will run for two days on Saturday, 30 March 2024 & Sunday, 31 March 2024 from 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM 2) AFRICA DAY 2024: Saturday, 25 May 2024

VENDOR NOTE
Applications are accepted from 10th January 2024, until spaces are filled. Spaces will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. We reserve the right to refuse any application. Acceptance Terms and Conditions
1) Accepted applicants will receive an acceptance letter/email and a draft invoice for their booth. Once the payment is shown on OACWA bank accounts, the applicant will be issued an invoice and receipt. 2) Set-up time will be informed after payment is received and close to the event day 3) All applicants are to provide their own chairs, tables, powerboards and all other items for their booths. (Reach out if you are required to hire). 4) You agree that you will not hold the event organisers of Jambo Africa & Africa Day responsible for any personal injury, damages, thefts or shortages. 5) ANY applicant found violating this agreement may be asked to leave and be prevented from participating in future events. 6) Please note that our event is alcohol-free and smoke-free. We ask that everyone respect our policy and refrain from consuming alcohol or smoking during the event. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation
Cancellation Policy:
For Cancellation, booking fees will be refunded in FULL if notification is received in writing before March 14, 2024. No refunds will be accepted after the above date. (ALL NOTICE TO BE SENT TO events@dept.oacwa.com.au)
