The Organisation of African Communities in WA has the right to determine whether the type of event is in the best interest of the community and that it aligns with its policies and procedures.

The Venue should be kept clean and tidy. Failure to do so will result in some charges and not being allowed to hire the place again. Clean after yourself. No alcohol consumption on the premises. No smoking within the building. Any loss of the key will be solely borne by the person who signs this form and his/her community.

Please Note: A key to access the hub will be available for you to pick up from our office the last business day prior to your booking between 9 AM and 5 PM and to be returned on the next available business day at the yokine office. Please ask for Racine (0411 960 718) at the OACWA Youth Hub in Yokine; Address 225B Flinders Street, Yokine.
