To recognise that climate change is a major and immediate public health threat resulting in 13 million deaths annually and its negative impact demands the urgent and immediate action at all levels.

To develop and implement policies that aim to address climate change mitigation and adaptation.

To financially support interventions against climate change by investing in research and development, climate education and other climate adaptation projects.

To personally commit to and help raise awareness on and promote behavioural change that can help mitigate the effects of climate change.

To amplify the voices of disenfranchised communities by demanding accountability from government and the private sector to ensure a more sustainable future.

To ensure that health is included as a key stakeholder in all discussions on climate change.
