I, being fully aware of the potential risks and hazards of participating in a parade and in performing or presenting the particular float or exhibit hereby entered:  It is agreed that in consideration of allowing said participation in the Ionia Free Fair Parade, said organization and participant (undersigned) will release, hold harmless and indemnify the Ionia Free Fair Association, City of Ionia, abutting property oweners, parade spponsors, their volunteer help, agents and representatives as to any liability, injury, damage or loss arising out of the undersigned's participation in this parade (before, during and after such) due to acts of the undersigned, acts of the undersigned's laborers, animals, volunteers, representatives, and agents except to the extent any such liability, injury, damage or loss is due solely and directly to the parties hereby released, held harmless and indemnified.  The undersigned has read the above and understands its conditions and agrees to same.  The undersigned hereby represents that he/she is over eighteen (18) years of age and authorized to bind their organization or participant indicated above to the terms of this agreement.  By Checking the box below - you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
