Captain of the Month Nomination

Captains and Players,

Beginning May 2023, the USTA League Department will begin to recognize a female and male captain of the Month.

We are looking for captains that have gone above and beyond the duty and job description of a captain or someone who has overcome great odds to perform the duties as a captain.

We want to hear the stories of our great leaders in the USTA League family. Please nominate an outstanding captain that you know (Or more than one!). Give us all the details!
