This allows us to get to know you and your hair goals so that we can ensure your initial appointment is scheduled properly. Please complete the form in full and we’ll be in touch within 24 hours of your request during weekdays Monday-Friday. All requests submitted Saturday-Sunday will be responded to on Monday. By completing this form, I am submitting a digital consultation and price quote inquiry only.

In response, I will receive an email/text with a service suggestion based on my goals and a general price quote.

If I have not already requested an appointment I will be given appointment time and date options.

If I have requested an appointment for the suggested service already, it will be approved.

If I have requested an appointment for a service not recommended for me, the appointment request will be accepted or denied based on if there is time for the suggested service, at that requested time. If the suggested service cannot be performed at the time requested, the appointment request will be denied. If the appointment request has to be denied, the email response will include a couple of alternative appointment time and date options.

Your appointment in salon will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service.

Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 2-3 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait longer to be seen.

I understand that we have a 48 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, I may be required to pay a deposit to book future appointments.
