COVID-19 Policy + Waiver

Your well-being is our top priority, and we are dedicated to ensuring attendees and guests have a safe environment at the meeting.

The EITC Funders Network will follow CDC guidelines regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and require that all conference attendees – including funders, speakers, consultants, and EITC FN staff – provide proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination (all recommended doses in the primary series and at least one booster). Exemptions may be made for health or religious reasons, but may require additional safety measures. If you wish to request a vaccination exemption, please email ami@eitcfunders.org.

While masks are not required at the convening, they are encouraged if it helps your comfort level.

All COVID protocols are subject to change depending on local COVID rates and CDC guidelines. We will notify all participants of any changes and expect full compliance with requirements.

By registering for this meeting, you assume, and release EITC Funders Network and all of its affiliates from all risks, claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses resulting from or arising in connection with your participation at the conference and all risks of harm, damage or illness.
