General Information

On the day of the event, all services will be performed following a schedule. I ask that you communicate the importance of being on time and properly prepared for each individual receiving services.
Please inform us ahead of time of any time restrictions, schedule changes, or other situations that would affect the timing of services.
Last minute services requested on-site may be possible if time allows. All prepaid services will have first priority and we cannot guarantee any other services will be completed. Separate payments may be made for individual services, but must be received before the service is performed.

Trial Appointments

Trial appointment for the bride is included and will be scheduled by the MUA with the bride. Please be diligent about scheduling your trial appointment as availability is limited.
Trial appointments may be rescheduled once (with at least 24-hour notice) without a fee. After that, a $50 rescheduling fee will be due. Excessive rescheduling or no-show immediately forfeit the event date and deposit.

Travel, Deposit, Fees & Other Information

Virtuous Beauty has no minimum requirement if services are located in/near Montgomery, AL
An initial $50 deposit is required to hold your event date, this deposit will be deducted from the total amount due. Deposits are nonrefundable for any reason and is due at the time of trial.
Your package total is due in full, minimum 72 hours prior to event date. Services will not be rendered without payment in full.
In the event there is less than 30 days’ notice of cancellation, no refund will be given on any amount paid.
