Hi there!

I'm probably just like you in that I've been on this journey for a while now.. and now I have a name for what we've been experiencing for so long: ARFID.  

Ever since I found name for what our daughter was going through, I've taken a deep dive into learning all I can, and I want to share whatever I've found that's helped me so that I can help someone else. 

I want to be the mom friend I wish I would've found on Instagram years ago. 

I'm still in the process of gathering and developing resources to share, but I can't wait for you to be one of the first recipients!
