Please allow up 1-2 business days for us to get back to you. Sometimes in person consultations are still needed prior to booking an appointment depending on the service and starting point. We can give you a rough estimate for pricing, however, we cant give a more accurate pricing quote, until we get to feel and see your hair in person. Once we get an appointment booked, we will send you our New Guest Flyer that has all of the info you will need to prepare for your appointment including parking, checking in for your appointment, and our cancellation policy. We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy, and you can find more info about it on our FAQ page, as well as our New Guest Flyer.
