Return Policy
Not satisfied with the product? Within 30 days of receipt you have the possibility to return (part of) your order. Follow the steps below to do this.
Sign up
Send an email or whatsapp to Paracord.eu and state the order number of the order you want to (partially) return. Fill in this form and send it with your message.
Packaging
It is important that the products you return are not used or damaged and that the same number of meters is sent for meter products as were ordered. Print out the completed return form, fill it in and place it in the box as well as your invoice.
What can not be returned?
Note: samples and mix packages can not be returned.
Shipping
Deliver the package at the post office or parcelshop and keep the shipping receipt well. You can find the address where the return package can be sent here:

When do we pay you back?
We will transfer the costs you have made (purchase costs of the products) within 14 days after revocation.
What amount will be refunded?
You will be refunded the purchase price of the returned products.
How will you receive the refund?
We will refund the amount in the same way as you have paid. Is this not possible? Then we will contact you or contact us!
Return costs
In case Paracord.eu has made a mistake, we will take care of the return costs. Should you wish to return the items for any other reason, those costs are unfortunately at your own
