    This form has been created for you to suggest new parking spots in your Voi city.

  • Thank you for your engagement in helping us to improve parking in your local Voi city as part of our Suggest a Parking Spot programme!

    Guidance for parking spot suggestions:

    • All suggested parking spots should be on public land, for private land or business related enquiries please go back and click 'Business'.
    • All suggested parking spots should be within our operating area and outside of no ride zones. You can view your local operating area via the map in the Voi app.
    • When suggesting a parking spot, please be mindful of pedestrian access. Proposed locations should be on sidewalks/pavements with sufficient width to accommodate at least two scooters placed lengthwise.

  • Due to the volume of requests we are unable to provide a direct response to each submission but will be reviewing requests on an ongoing basis and appreciate your feedback.
