Terms & conditions of the contract
Payments : An initial reservation fee of $50.00 is required with the signed contract to hold the dates. The reservation fees are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on the day of event.
Reservation of time and date : Upon execution of this contract and receipt of the reservation fees, G-Yo Tech LLC will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make any other reservations for that time. If the payments are not received by the dates specified, G-Yo Tech LLC may cancel the reservation without further notification. The reservation fees and other payments can be made by check in the name of ‘G-Yo Tech LLC’ and can be mailed to North Brunswick, NJ 08902 (please request the address) or online payment options will be provided upon request.
Delivery of finished product : Digital copies of all the edited photographs / edited version of the video will be provided by uploading the files on cloud within 6 weeks of the event date (only after full payment is received). All the pictures/videos will be on the cloud for 2 weeks to be downloaded. All the raw files will be stored for 6 months after the event. No data will be provided after six months of the event date.
Other :
A. Client assumes all responsibility for obtaining any necessary permissions which may be required by the videographer to photograph and/or video record the event.Client is solely responsible for any parking, admission fees, passes, tickets etc necessary for videographer / photographer to gain access to record the event.
B. G-Yo Tech LLC takes the utmost care with respect to the exposure, processing and delivery of photographic and video proofs. However, if the videographer / photographer fails to comply with the terms of this agreement due to any reason, event or act beyond the control of videographer/photographer including but not limited to illness, road closures, acts of god etc or uncontrollable and unforeseeable equipment failure or human error, G-Yo Tech LLC’s liability is limited to refund of all monies paid towards videography/photography services by client.
C. Raw footage of the event will be preserved with G-Yo Tech LLC for one year from the date of the event. No changes and/or copies of the video / photos will be provided after one year from the event date.
D. In signing this contract the customer is acting as agents for all members of the party and guests and grants G-Yo Tech LLC all rights for display, exhibition, promotion and advertising use of the final product produced under this contract.
