The coaches are the beating heart of all that we do. As a coach, you are committed to motivate, inspire and guide students each step of the way in their pole journeys.

Our expertise gives them the tools they need to stay consistent with their practice and let go of fears to get curious on the pole.

With our mentorship program, our goal is to prepare you with the knowledge and confidence needed to be the best coach you can be in our sensual space.

The mentorship is divided into sections and each section has an evaluation. The final evaluation requires a passing grade to become a coach at IXF. There is a mix of assignments, one-on-one coaching, shadowing and practical application through teaching.

Terms and conditions

Our mentorship is a total of 100 hours for new coaches. *If you have previous teaching experience, the hours can vary and/or you may be asked to teach a mock class.

The mentorship must be completed within a 6 month period.

After completing the hours, it is not a guaranteed pass, but we try to prepare you for success. You may redo the evaluation as many times as needed.
