    Although every precaution will be made to ensure your safety and well-being before, during and after your waxing/tinting application, please be aware of the possible risks below.

    • I understand that tinting lashes or brows has some inherent risk of irritation to the orbital eye area, including the eye itself, and could result in stinging or burning, blurry vision and potentially blindness should the tint enter into the eye.
    • I understand that if the waxing/tinting agent, developer, or mixture of both accidentally comes into contact with my eye, my eye will be flushed with water and medical attention may be required.
    • I understand that some irritation, itching or burning may occur to the skin which comes in contact with the waxing/tinting agent.
    • I understand that there may be some residual dark staining left on the skin following the tinting process of either my lashes, brows or both. This will fade and go away within a short time.
    • I understand that, while every attempt will be made to provide me with my chosen color, everyone’s hair absorbs color differently and my final results may not be the color I initially wanted.
    • I understand that over the course of several weeks, the tint will gradually lighten and fade. Re-tinting will be required to keep the new color fresh. Most clients need to re-tint every 3-4 weeks.   
    • I understand that over the course of several weeks, the lift in my lashes will gradually reshape to its original form. A new lifting service will be required to keep the curl fresh. Most clients need to re-lift every 6-8 weeks.
    • I have read the above information and if I have any concerns, I will address these with my service provider. In the event, that I may have additional questions or concerns regarding my treatment or suggested home product / post-treatment care, I will consult my service provider immediately. 
    • If I have any changes to my health conditions or products being used I will inform my service provider.
    • I certify that I have read, and fully understand the above paragraphs and that I have had sufficient opportunity for discussion to have any questions answered. I understand the procedure and accept the risks.

    Why do we have a cancellation policy?

    An effective cancellation policy is an important piece of any appointment-based business.  At LBL we a lot a certain amount of time per service to achieve the procedure you are selecting to have done. So please make sure you are on time and ready to get beautified by our talented team.

    PAYMENT INFO

    We accept Cash, Check and credit card. We do not accept tip on card.
    Loyalty cards provided when paying cash for services over $40.
    There will be a 3.5% Non-cash adjustment to all Debit/Credit Card transactions.
    Recommended tipping for your technician- Cash, Venmo available

    NO REFUND POLICY

    Our stylists take much pride in the services they provide. You are paying for your technicians time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services. Please noticy us of any questions or concerns within the first 72 hours of your service.

    LATE POLICY

    If you are running late to an appointment we ask that you call us to let us know, otherwise we will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. If you are less than 15 minutes late we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late it will result in a No Show Fee, please remember that you are reserving a time with us for a service if you do not come we are unable to make up for that lost time.

    NO GUEST POLICY

    Please do not bring extra people to your appointment.  The salon is a cozy space and can only accommodate scheduled clients.

    No children are permitted in the salon studio unless being serviced.

    SERVICE FEE est. 2019

    There is a $5 service fee added to each transaction. This fee was established to be able to keep up with our quality products and the rise of inflation. This $5 is established seperatley to ensure it goes directly towards salon products and is not a part of our stylists commision.

    This agreement will remain in effect for this procedure and all future follow-ups. I understand that this consent agreement is legal and binding. I have read and fully understand all information in this agreement. I am over 18 years of age and consent to the agreement and to the lash lift/tint and/or brow tint procedure.
