    By signing below, I acknowledge and understand the following:

    • I understand if I would like my bottom lashes tinted I will inform my service provider prior to our service.
    • Brow and lash tinting and lifting involve the use of professional products near the eye area and may cause temporary irritation, redness, itching, stinging, or burning.

    • If product accidentally enters the eye, it will be flushed immediately. Medical attention may be required in rare cases.

    • Temporary skin staining or discoloration may occur following tinting and will fade naturally within a short time.

    • Results may vary due to individual hair type, skin, and previous treatments. Exact color or lift results are not guaranteed.

    • Tint color will gradually fade and typically requires maintenance every 3–4 weeks.

    • Lash lifts will gradually relax and typically require maintenance every 6–8 weeks.

    • I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, sensitivities, medications, and recent treatments prior to my service.

    • I understand the procedure and accept the associated risks.
       

       

  • Cancellation Policy

    A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount is applied toward your service total. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or no shows.

    For free cancellation/reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

    Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

    Same-Day Cancellations will result in loss of deposit (50%)

    No-Call/No-Shows will be charged the full remaining service balance

    Payment Information                                                                                    We accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards. A 3.5% non-cash adjustment applies to all card transactions. Loyalty Cards are provided for cash payed services over $40. Tips are not accepted on cards. Cash, Venmo or Zelle is greatly apprectiated. 

    No Refund Policy
    All services are non-refundable. You are paying for your artist’s time, products, and expertise. If you have questions or concerns, please notify us within 72 hours of your service so we can address them appropriately.

    Late Policy
    Please call if you are running late.
    Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and will be charged accordingly.
    If you arrive late but can still be serviced, the full service price applies, and results may be affected due to time constraints.


    No Guest Policy
    To maintain a calm and safe environment: Only scheduled clients are permitted in the salon. Children are not permitted unless they are receiving a service.
