What does ticket mean?

You will need to buy a minum of 2 tickets 1 for adult and 1 for child.

If you are lodging every person must have a sleeping spot.

King Suite/ Queen suite= 2 people (2 tickets)

Shared Queen = 2 people (2 tickets)

Twin = 1 person (1 tickets)

Addional daughter only: You have the option to buy Bring Your Own Air mattress/ blankets. (1 tickets)

If you are coming just as a day pass.

Day Pass = 1 person (1 tickets)

Choose your payment option. *If you choose payment plan option an additional $20 will be added. That is $10 to each payment for processing. All Payments must be paid in full one month prior to the event.*

Pay in FullPayment Plan plan option (* Includes an extra $20 - $10 for each payment.) 50% down and one automatic withdrawal payment up to one month later. The final payment must be made one month prior to event.

Refunds: up to 45 days in advance you can get a refund minus $100 for processing. 45 days to the event there is a non-refundable registration. Hope Haven Events will not issue any refunds for any reason. (Note: As soon as you register, we use those funds to produce the event.)*

Confirming Your Spot:

Upon paying for your spot. You will receive a receipt to your email immediately upon payment. If you do not see the email please check your spam, promotion, and junk email. If you still are having problems please email us at clientservices@hopehavenevents.com.

Cancellation Policy:

Hope Haven Events, in this reference to "MDR," charges a non-refundable payment at the time you pay. In the event you are unable to make it, please be advised that you will not get a refund, and it will not be able to credit to another event.

Your Credit Cards will be charged for the full amount at the time of payment when you sign up.
