We are merely assisting students who encounter difficulties registering for the state exam independently, but all payments are made to TMU as the school assumes no responsibility for any aspect of the state exam. Please note that this form does not constitute your official registration for the state exam but rather a request to be scheduled. You will receive a text or email confirmation from TMU once you have been officially scheduled. The date you are scheduled for is subject to availability, and while we will endeavor to accommodate your preferences, we cannot guarantee them. You will typically be scheduled for your state exam within 2-3 business days after submitting this form. If you haven't received any confirmation regarding the state exam after 5 business days, please feel free to contact our office. Once scheduled, you will receive an email from TMU containing the time and date of your state exam. While KKHTC may send you an email with your exam times, always refer to the communication from TMU for the official information regarding your exam.
