Keep It Simple Package
- Choose 2 Meats
- Choose 2 Salads
- We supply 2 sauces
- $50 per person
All The King's Men Package
- Choose 3 Meats
- Choose 2 Salads
- We supply 3 sauces and pickles
- $60 per person
We Want It All Package
- Choose 4 Meats
- Choose 3 Salads
- Bread Rolls or Cornbread included
- We supply 4 sauces and pickles
- $70 per person
Salads available to choose from:
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- To confirm your booking – we require a $100 non-refundable deposit to lock in your function.
- This will be redeemed off the total bill for the evening.
- PLEASE NOTE YOUR BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR DEPOSIT AND THIS COMPLETED FORM.
- If you need to cancel your booking, we require 3 weeks notice.
- We allow 2 requotes & 3 menu changes – after that – there will be an admin fee of $50 for any further changes.
- Should numbers drop (by your choice – not government mandated) for your booking, we require 2 weeks notice.
- Drops in numbers greater than 10, made 2 weeks prior to the event, will incur a $10 per person charge.
- Should you require disposable plates and cuttlery please check the box and we will supply a quote.
- Our service is self help buffet style only. We don't do table service.
- We will require access to site 3 hours prior to service time.
- Our service will last for 2 hours, after this we will pack down.
- Any leftover meats or salads will be provided to you in foil trays.
- No kitchen required, however we require access to running water and power.
- No changes to final numbers once invoice has been issued.
- We require a minimum of 40 guests.
- We do not accept Cheque or American Express.
- Deposits and Final Invoice is to be paid into the below account.
- We require full payment 2 weeks prior to your event.
