  • Acceptance Terms:

    Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and an invoice for their space. Once vendor fees are paid, vendors will be announced and promoted on our social media sites. BY PAYING YOUR VENDOR FEE, YOU ARE ACCEPTING YOUR SPACE AT THE MARKET AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS: It is your responsibility to acquire all required licenses and insurance applicable to selling/vending/resale in the state of Ohio. You will assume full risk of loss, theft or damage to your merchandise and any personal property in your vendor space or on the property or surrounding area. You acknowledge that neither Essence of Phreedom or their associated businesses, employees, volunteers or other vendors participating assume any responsibility to insure your merchandise or personal property. You indemnify and hold Essence of Phreedom and its' associated businesses, employees and/or volunteers harmless from any liability damage, cost or expense arising from your use of or activities in your space(s) or the market premises or injury to persons or property resulting from any cause. You are responsible for the safety of persons within your space from merchandise or property including but not limited to furniture, fixtures, tents etc. You agree to assume full responsibility for all merchandise or services you offer.
  • Sales Tax:

    All vendors are responsible for the collection and reporting of all necessary sales tax to the proper authorities. By accepting your vendor space you agree that Essence of Phreedom or its' associated businesses can not be held responsible.
  • Booth Specifics:

    You as a vendor, are responsible for all of your own tables (some chairs are available). We also ask that you maintain a neat, clean space and clean up around your area when packing up. If you have chosen an outside space, we HIGHLY encourage a popup tent with weights in the case of inclement weather. If you do not have a tent, please make sure you items are secure.
  • Cancellation Policy:

    Vendor fees are transferable but non-refundable, please ensure that you will not need to cancel. In the event that you can not make it, your fee will be transferred to the next market.

  • PHREEDOM MARKET RAFFLE

    We hope to offer a DONATION (Non-Perishable food items and Cleaning Supplies) ENTRY into a product raffle for our attendees. This is doable with your generous contributions towards our raffle drawing. We are asking each vendor to please consider donating a small item they sell for our raffle drawing. Don't forget to include a business card to promote your brand! THIS IS OF COURSE, OPTIONAL. All vendors will receive one free raffle ticket at check-in. All donations collected at the door, will be donated to Motherful for their pantry. To learn more about their collective, visit their site at www.motherful.org. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

  • VENDOR NOTE:

    Applications are accepted through October 15th for the Phreedom Market Nightmare on High Street event or until spaces are filled. Spaces fill on a first come - first served basis. Applying does not guarantee an acceptance for the market. We reserve the right to refuse any application. Handcrafted items encouraged! Tents (secured by weights) not mandatory but strongly encouraged if you prefer an outdoor space! *This specific market will take place outdoors.
