  • This document contains information regarding both

    Permanent Make-Up and Tattooing procedures.

    Please read carefully and according to your requested services. 

    You will be asked to please answer 15 review questions before submitting.

  • PRECARE

     

    PLEASE MAKE SURE TO GET LOTS OF SLEEP and EAT A FULL MEAL BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOUR BODY WILL NEED IT.


    DO NOT DRINK ANY ALCOHOL, CAFFEINE or CAFFINATED PRODUCTS
    12 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.


    DO NOT TAKE ANY BLOOD THINNING MEDICATIONS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.


    FOR ALL TATTOO SERVICES HAVING CLEAN HYGEINE IS IMPORTANT AND APPRECIATED!

    IT IS REQUESTED THAT ANY BODY HAIR ON THE DESIRED TATTOO AREA BE SHAVED BEFORE HAND.

    *Please make sure the area is as irritated as little as possible*

  • AFTERCARE

     

    FOR ALL PMU SERVICES AVOID SLEEPING FACE DOWN OR WITH YOUR TREATED AREA IN CONTACT WITH YOUR PILLOW/BED SHEETS FOR AT LEAST 7 DAYS AND KEEP YOUR PILLOWCASE CLEAN.


    FOR ALL TATTOO SERVICES AVOID SLEEPING WITH YOUR TREATED AREA IN CONTACT WITH YOUR PILLOW/BED SHEETS FOR AT LEAST 7 DAYS, PLACE A CLEAN TOWEL UNDER THE AREA TO AVOID RISKS OF CONTAMINATION.


    MAKE SURE NOTHING UNSANITARY COMES INTO CONTACT WITH

    YOUR TREATED AREA UNTIL COMPLETELY HEALED.

     

    ALWAYS CLEAN YOUR HANDS

    BEFORE TOUCHING OR TOUCHING NEAR YOUR TREATED AREA.


    APPLY ONLY THE OINTMENT OR HEALING BALM GIVEN BY YOUR

    PROVIDER AS DIRECTED BY YOUR PROVIDER TO HELP WITH

    DRYNESS, ITCHING, AND STERILIZATION.

     

    ALL MY LOVE RECOMMENDS ONLY USING 

    AQUAPHOR

    HUSTLE BUTTER

    VITAMIN A & D OINTMENT 

    PLEASE DO NOT USE LOTION OF ANY KIND!

     

    IF LYMPH FLUID APPEARS ON YOUR TREATED AREA, GENTLY DAB

    IT DRY WITH A CLEAN TISSUE.

    This is a normal occurrence 24-48 hours after your procedure, if lymph fluid leaking continues passed 48 hours please consult with your technician.

     

    DO NOT GET TREATED AREA WET FOR THE NEXT 48 HOURS. THIS

    INCLUDES KEEPING THE AREA DRY WHEN YOU SHOWER.

     

    AVOID EXCESSIVE SWEATING, THIS INCLUDES WORKOUTS AND LONG HOT SHOWERS WITH

    STEAM FOR AT LEAST 7 DAYS, APPLY OINTMENT TO AREA AFTER ALL SHOWERS.


    DO NOT APPLY MAKEUP OR SUNSCREEN FOR 6 WEEKS ON TO THE TREATED AREA UNTIL COMPLETELY HEALED.

     

    AVOID SUMBURDGING YOUR WOUNDED AREA

    THIS INCLUDES:

    BATH TUBS, SWIMMING POOLS, JACUZZIS, LAKES, BEACHES and/or LARGE BODIES OF WATER

    for 6 WEEKS!


    AVOID EXPOSING THE TREATED AREA TO UV RAYS. APPLY A SUNBLOCK TO PROTECT YOUR TREATED AREA ONCE THE SKIN HAS COMPLETELY HEALED AFTER 6 WEEKS AS DIRECTED BY YOUR PROVIDER.

     

    DO NOT SCHEDULE FACIALS, BOTOX, MICRODERMABRASION

    CHEMICAL TREATMENTS OR OTHER COSMETIC PROCEDURES FOR

    AT LEAST 1 MONTH & 2 WEEKS.

    *If you had had any work done in the 6 weeks prior to your appointment, your Permanent Make-Up will need to be rescheduled until the 6 weeks has passed.*

     

    DO NOT TOUCH OR PICK AT YOUR SCABS. LET THEM FALL OFF

    NATURALLY.

     

    SKIN MAY BE RED AND PIGMENT DARK FOR UP TO TWO WEEKS.

    HOWEVER, SWOLLEN RED SKIN, YELLOW DISCHARGE, EXTREME

    ITCHINESS, LARGE SCABBING AND BURNING OR HEATED SENSATIONS AFTER

    TWO WEEKS MAY BE SIGNS OF INFECTION.

     

    CALL YOUR TECHNICIAN RIGHT AWAY IF YOU SUSPECT THIS.

     

    ALL MY LOVE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF THE AREA BECOMES INFECTED AFTER 48 HOURS FOLLOWING YOUR APPOINTMENT BUT IS ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP!

  • ALL MY LOVE’S PERMANENT MAKE-UP PROCEDURE

    UNDERSTANDING WHAT TO EXPECT

  • The following information is to help the client to understand the service's process, risks and expected healing results you will recieve through All My Love's Permanent Make-up procedure.

     

    Comfortability is a necessity at All My Love

    so we will beginning the procedure by ensuring our client is Pre-Numbed!

    This process will take up to 30 minutes

     

    Once Pre-Numbed we will move onto our Mapping process where your facial structure will be used to create flawless and natural results.

     

    After you've been mapped properly and approval has been signed by you, the client, we will begin the Tattooing procedure.

     

    First, we will start with the outline, securing the desired shape is priority!

     

    A clients first and last pass are usually the most sensitive but everyone is different!

    Remember you are Pre-Numbed and comfortability is our priority so if you feel any aggressive pain please share your concerns immediately!

     

    Once you complete your first pass your artist will then routinely use our choice of a secondary numbing to help relieve any lingering uncomfortability.

     

    Second, we will now focus on solidifying your pigmentation! 

    Shading, Shading, Shading!

    We will repeat this process as necessary.

     

    Finally, Once your desired shape and color retention is completed, you will be numbed one last time for comfort, healing ointment will be applied immediately and you will be given our All My Love thank you bag which will contain further instructions on your healing process.

     

    You should be regularly applying your Healing Ointment every 30 minutes!

     

     The goal is to keep your skin mosturized at all times.

    Make sure to also clean the area regularly so you can avoid old ointment build up.

     

    You may experience:

    Swelling, Light Bruising, Peeling, Skin irritation, Itchiness, Leaking Lymph Fluid or Light Bleeding with in the first 48-72 hours of your procedure.

    This can be expected especially for clients with more sensitive skin but if extreme please consult your technician. 

    It will take 6-8 weeks before your skin is fully healed from the procedure so please make sure to follow our aftercare procedures closely and to avoid any risks listed in this document.

     

  • ALL MY LOVE’S TATTOO PROCEDURE

    UNDERSTANDING WHAT TO EXPECT

  • The following information is to help the client to understand the service's process, risks and expected healing results you will recieve through All My Love's Tattoo Procedure.

     

    Prior to your appointment your stencil design should be confirmed with your artist. If you have not heared from your artist as far as your stencil request please message them at least 24 hours prior to ensure stencil confirmation.

     

    Upon arrival your tattoos size, placement and any design changes will be discussed.

    This process will take up to 30 minutes.

     

    This will be the time you will be given the opportunity to discuss your stencil before the procedure begins, once approval has been signed by you, the client, we can continue with placement.

    After the stencil is placed it will need at least 10-15 minutes to stain your skin prior to the tattooing process.

    Your technician will begin set-up at this time.

     

    Comfortability is a necessity at All My Love so once set-up is complete you will be positioned in the most effective and comfortable postion for you and your artist.

     

     After you are positioned your session will then begin. 

     

    First, we will start with the outline, securing the stencil is priority!

     

    A clients first and last pass are usually the most sensitive but everyone is different!

    Remember comfortability is our priority so if you feel any aggressive pain please share your concerns immediately! 

     

    Once you complete your first pass your artist will then routinely use our choice of a Topical Numbing Spray to help relieve any lingering uncomfortability.

     

    Second, we will now focus on solidifying your pigmentation! 

    Shading, Shading, Shading!

    We will repeat this process as necessary.

     

    To help with wiping irritation you will also be routinely moisturized with Hustle butter, a high grade healing ointment & moisturizer.

     

     Finally, Once your Tattoo is completed, you will be numbed one last time for comfort and a tattoo film will be applied immediately that you will be required to wear for 48 hours.

     

    You should be regularly applying your Healing Ointment every 2-4 hours or at least 3 times a day depending on your skin. 

    The goal is to keep your skin mosturized at all times.

    Make sure to also clean the area regularly so you can avoid old ointment build up.

     

    You may experience:

    Swelling, Light Bruising, Peeling, Skin irritation, Itchiness, Leaking Lymph Fluid or Light Bleeding with in the first 48-72 hours of your procedure.

  • To provide proof that you have read and understand the All My Love's "Procedure Forms", "Pre-Care and Aftercare form" as well as any information regarding Medical risks and understanding any possible risks of infection;
