Terms of Agreement
Tuition & Payments

The first payment is sent a week before each session. Accounts no paid within 7 days of each invoice will be given a late fee of $45. Late fees accrue each month if the invoice has not been fully paid. No students will be permitted to attend the summer session if their account is not paid by noon on the last day of the first week of the session. Delinquent accounts will be reviewed the first week of each session. All fees must be paid in full in order to attend.

Enrollment Fees

The Summer Registration fee of $200 and the Summer Activity fee of $250 is due upon enrollment. The Registration fee is non-refundable.

Hours

Bethany Preschool is open from 7:00AM to 5:00PM. After 5:00PM there is a charge of $45 per 15 minute increment, or any portion thereof. Half-Day children need to be picked up by 1:00PM each day.

I am signing this enrollment form, with the knowledge that any photos/images/videos posted on the school website and social media platforms may be downloaded and reprinted by various news organizations, including print, electronic and broadcast media, and I, therefore, release Bethany School from liability arising from use of my child's phots/images/videos in school website and social media postings as well as printed materials. To opt out of having your child in any photos, please see the School Office.

Bethany School reserves the right to refuse any application or to dismiss any student at any time for any reason it deems necessary. Neither this application nor payment of fees is considered binding upon Bethany School.
