  • Turkey Creek Preserve: Site Use Request Form

  • Turkey Creek Preserve (TCP) is available for research and university education with the stipulation that the preserve is first and foremost for the benefit of the resident wildlife. All users must certify that they have read over the guiding principles for the site (synopsis and link below). All users must also print and sign the Waiver and Release form.

Each request will be examined by the Turkey Creek Oversight Committee to determine whether all aspects of the request fall within the mission of TCP. We require all requests to be submitted at least one month in advance, and we reserve the right to reject requests that do not fit within the guiding principles of TCP or are deemed to be problematic for the management of TCP.

Please fill out only one form per research project or university course. If this request is for a project to be led by a student or postdoc, that person can be the primary contact on the form, but be sure to list the Principal Investigator (or advisor) as well.

If you have difficulties with this form, please fill out as much as possible and then list your questions in the comments box at the end. Someone will contact you in regards to your questions. Thanks!
