Once your consultation form and deposit have been submitted, you’ll receive personalized booking recommendations based on your hair goals, history, and desired maintenance.

You’ll then be redirected to my booking page to select your appointment time.

In some cases, an in person consultation may be recommended before booking. Consultation appointments are complimentary, and your deposit will remain credited toward your future service.

In the rare event that I’m unable to accommodate your request, your deposit may be refunded at my discretion.

Important Booking Policies* This field is required.1. Cancellation and reschedule notice All cancellations and reschedules require at least seventy two hours notice. Changes made within seventy two hours of your appointment will result in a charge of fifty percent of the scheduled service. 2. No show policy Appointments missed without notice will be charged one hundred percent of the scheduled service. Any outstanding balance must be paid before booking future appointments. 3. Late arrival policy If you arrive more than fifteen minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Repeated late arrivals may result in rescheduling fees or denied future bookings. 4. No refunds and adjustments All services are final. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact me within seven days so adjustments can be reviewed and addressed when appropriate. 5. Illness and safety For the safety of everyone, please reschedule if you are feeling unwell. I reserve the right to refuse service if health or safety is a concern.
