This easy online form is set up so you can submit any of your merchandise queries into 1 centralised point, for each of our Merchandise Teams to keep track and address accordingly.

This form is to be used for Planogram Items ONLY. If you are unsure if your Item is on Planogram please check in Buy it Right before logging a query.

- New Product Addition- Complete a Store Request > New Product
- Change of Retail Price- Complete Price Change in the Stock Card then Submit through Store Request > Retail Price
