Please Note: Before being approved for the adoption of a cat/kitten from TLC, you must first have a compatibility interview which consistes of coming in to meet the cat/kitten(s) and be interviewed by a TLC Board Member. TLC does not use a first come, first served process. We must feel that you would make the best match for each cat/kitten. This process is intended to ensure the best fit, as well as a long-term, successful adoption for both the family and the cat/kitten(s). You acknowledge that your adoption fee is a donation to TLC and is non-refundable. You must bring a secure pet carrier to pick up and transport your new cat/kitten(s) to your home.

The Lost Companion does not allow declawing of any cat/kitten adopted from our organization. By signing this form, you agree NOT to have two-paw or four-paw declawing of the adopted cat/kitten(s).

If this adoption is approved, and at a later time, TLC discovers the information provided is not true or correct, or discovers that, for any reason, the home is not a safe/proper/secure environment for the cat/kitten(s), TLC has the right to declare this contract null and void. If this contract is declared null and void, TLC will have the right to remove the adopted cat/kitten(s) from my home and I will be held responsible for any and all associated costs, legal and otherwise, that were incurred as part of the reclamation process.
