MPC - New Event Inquiry

MPC Event - Inquiry Form
Thank you for considering Missouri Pickleball Club for your event!

Event Pricing and Information:
- Events pricing includes: court time, guest fees, paddles and balls
- Minimum reservation:
  - Two (2) courts
  - Two (2) hours per court
- All drinks must be purchased at M.P.C.
- If approved by M.P.C. in advance, food may be catered or brought in
  (Please let us know if you need extra tables or any special accommodations.)
- Instructors available for an additional fee
- Specific court requests are not guaranteed and courts may be changed at any time
Payment:
- 20% non-refundable deposit due at booking (signing of event contract)
- Remaining balance due two (2) weeks prior to the event
Cancellations & Changes:
- Cancellations & changes must be made, in writing, to Events@MOPickleballClub.com
- No refunds provided for cancellations or changes less than 48 hrs before the event
- 50% of the refundable deposit amount may be returned, if the cancellation or change is made more than 48 hours before the event
