2024 “Let’s Walk About It” Mental Health Awareness Walk Vendor Form
Join us as we walk to lower the stigma and raise awareness in Mental Health. The event will be May 19, 2024 from 10 AM-3PM. Vendor Fee is $45. Must provide your own table and chair. All vendor will begin set up at 9 AM and must be cleaned up by 3 PM. Business logos and descriptions will be included on promotional correspondence and virtual resource booklet. Event will only allow one business in each product category. (Only exception is mental health programs and providers). Vendors are responsible for all clean up around their vendor table. Vendor fee is due by May 11, 2024.
