HDTA Sat Junior Comp Registration - Winter (Term 2 & 3 2023)

COMP INFORMATION:

ALL PLAYERS MUST SUBMIT AN ENTRY FORM
Event Type: Team* (min 2 player) *single entries accepted - we will do our best to match you with a suitable partner. If none is found you will be given the option to remain as a pool/reserve player and a refund (less pool reserve fee) will be made.
Payment required with registration for entry acceptance (no invoice issued)
$180 per player, $25 pool/reserve player, 3 player team $384 in total ($128 ea)
Requirements - ALL players (including pool/reserve players) must have a Tennis Aust Account (Tennis ID) and a linked Universal Tennis account set up prior to entry - see link for guidance https://hdta.org.au/setup/
Comp Secretary: Trish Sanford Ph: 0414 397 852 - sms preferred or leave message - be respectful of time of day, Trish does this job as a volunteer.
Registrations close: Sunday 26th March 2023 11:59pm (no exceptions)
Comp starts: Saturday 6th May 2023
Comp ends: Saturday 16th September 2023 (expected grand finals day)
*this comp runs for TWO terms - no play King's Birthday long weekend (10th June 2023 - 12th June 2023) and July school holidays (1st July 2023 - 17th July 2023)
Time of play: 8am - 10am (lower divisions) OR 10am - 12pm (higher divisions) - this is not a choice, you will be graded accordingly
Locations: courts used across local hills district area incl: Dural, Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Kellyville, Annangrove etc
Format: 2 sets of doubles and 2 sets of singles (1 singles per player in team)
Grading: Sunday 26th March 2023 NEW PLAYERS ONLY - we will contact you if grading is required (expected time 9am)
Information night: Thursday 27th April 7:30pm in our upper clubhouse at the Castle Hill courts - we HIGHLY RECOMMEND new players to the competition attend
Universal Tennis: This competition runs through Tennis Australia software which enables results to be uploaded to Universal Tennis (UTR) by Tennis Australia. This is NOT a UTR direct comp. Player UTR is taken into account, but HDTA retains the right to place players in divisions based on our grading and relevant player history.
